                This Determination is the Health Insurance (Dental Services) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 8 September 2012.     
3              Amendment of Health Insurance (Dental Services) Determination 2007
                Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance (Dental Services) Determination 2007.
