I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform, acting under subsection 203AD(1) of the Native Title Act 1993, make this Determination.

1.         Name of Determination
            This Determination is the Native Title (Revocation of Recognition Instruments) Determination 2012.
2.         Commencement
            This Determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3.         Revocation of Recognition Instruments
            The following Legislative Instruments are revoked:
            (a)       Recognition of Representati ve Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 1);
            (b)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 2);
            (c)        Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 3);
            (d)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 4);
            (e)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 5);
            (f)        Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 6);
            (g)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 7);
            (h)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 8);
            (i)         Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 9);
            (j)         Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 10);
            (k)        Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 11);
            (l)         Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2000 (No. 12);
            (m)      Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2001 (No. 1);
            (n)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2001 (No. 2);
            (o)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body 2001 (No.3) (also known as “Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Bodies 2001 (No. 3)”); and
            (p)       Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Body (No. 4:2001) (also known as “Recognition of Representative Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander Bodies 2001 (No. 4)”).
4.         Cessation
            This Determination ceases to have effect at the end of the day on which this Determination commences, as if this Determination had been revoked by another legislative instrument.
