Exemption — minimum runway width
1          Duration
                 This instrument:
(a)   commences on the day after registration; and
(b)   stops having effect at the end of July 2015.
2          Application
                 This instrument applies to a pilot in command of an aeroplane that is engaged in aerial work, or private, operations.
3          Exemption
                 A pilot in command of an aeroplane engaged in aerial work, or private, operations is exempt from the requirements of subregulation 235A (2) of the Civil Aviation Regulations 1988 in relation to landing at, or take-off from, a runway whose minimum width is less than the minimum runway width specified for that aeroplane or the type in which the aeroplane is included.
