Approval and directions — flight data recorders
1          Duration
                 This instrument:
(a)   commences on 1 July 2012; and
(b)   stops having effect at the end of June 2015.
2          Application
                 This instrument applies to each BHA AS 332L (Super Puma) helicopter:
(a)   installed with Integrated Health and Usage Monitoring Systems; and
(b)   operated by Bristow Helicopters Australia Pty Ltd (the operator), Aviation Reference Number 200267.
3          Approval
                 The operator may use the helicopter with a flight data recording that retains its last 5 hours of recording.
4          Directions
                 The operator must:
(a)   enter the approval in its operations manual; and
(b)   comply with all other requirements of Civil Aviation Order 20.18.
