I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform, acting under section 123TF of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999 and on behalf of the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations and the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research, make this Determination.

1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the Social Security (Administration) (Declared child protection State — New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria) Determination 2012
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 July 2012.
3              Definition
                In this Determination:
                Act means the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999.
4              Declared child protection State
                For the purposes of section 123TF, each of New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Victoria is a declared child protection State for the purposes of Part 3B of the Act.
