Migration Regulations 1994
ELIGIBLE EDUCATION PROVIDERS AND EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS PARTNERS
(Clauses 573.112, 574.112 AND 575.112)
I, CHRIS BOWEN, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112 of Schedule 2 of the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
1. REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 12/014 signed on 21 March 2012, specifying Eligible Education Providers and Educational Business Partners for the purposes of clauses 573.112, 574.112 and 575.112.
2. SPECIFY for the purpose of subclauses 573.112(a), 574.112(a) and clause 575.112 the education providers listed in column 1 of Schedule A to this Instrument as an eligible education provider; AND
3. SPECIFY for the purposes of subclauses 573.112(b) and 574.112(b) the education providers listed in column 2 of Schedule A to this Instrument as educational business partners of the education provider mentioned in column 1.
This Instrument number IMMI 12/053 commences on 1 July 2012.

NOTE 1: Clause 573.112 of the Regulations provides that the Minister may, by instrument in writing, specify an education provider as an eligible education provider and specify one or more other education providers as educational business partners of the education provider already mentioned.
NOTE 2: Clause 574.112 of the Regulations provides that the Minister may, by instrument in writing, specify an education provider as an eligible education provider and specify one or more other education providers as educational business partners of the education provider already mentioned.
