Revocation of the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines
Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997
I, Penelope Ying Yen Wong, Minister for Finance and Deregulation, pursuant to regulation 7 of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, revoke the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines made on 10 October 2008 issued under regulation 7 of the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
This revocation takes effect on 1 July 2012.
