I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following regulation under the National Residue Survey (Excise) Levy Act 1998 and the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Act 1999.

1              Name of regulation
                This regulation is the Primary Industries Legislation Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This regulation commences on 1 July 2012.
3              Amendment of Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998 and Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999
         (1)   Part 1 of Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries Levies and Charges (National Residue Survey Levies) Regulations 1998.
         (2)   Part 2 of Schedule 1 amends the Primary Industries (Excise) Levies Regulations 1999.
