(PARAGRAPH 1227A(3)(d))
 
I, PAULA WILLIAMS, delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subparagraphs 1227A(3)(d)(ii), (iii) and (iv) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
 
1.   REVOKE Instrument number 09/020, signed on 22 March 2009, specifying for paragraph 1227A(3)(d) addresses for lodgement of Superyacht Crew (Temporary) (Class UW) visa applications; AND
 
2.   SPECIFY for the purposes of subparagraph 1227A(3)(d)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations the following address:

[NOTE: Paragraph 1227A(3)(d) of the regulations provides that an application for a Superyacht Crew (Temporary) (Class UW) visa must be made:
                                   (i)         as an Internet application; or
                                  (ii)         by posting the application (with the correct pre-paid postage) to the post office box address specified by the Minister in an instrument in writing for this subparagraph; or
                                 (iii)         by having the application delivered by a courier service to the address specified by the Minister in an instrument in writing for this subparagraph; or
                                 (iv)         by having the application sent by fax to the address specified by the Minister in an instrument in writing for this subparagraph.]
