1              Name of Specification
                This Specification is the Social Security (Essential Medical Equipment Payment – Medical Conditions) Specification 2012.
2              Commencement
                This Specification commences on 18 June 2012.
3              Definition
                In this Specification:
                Act means the Social Security Act 1991.
4              Medical conditions
                Each medical condition specified in Schedule 1 is a specified medical condition for the purposes of paragraph 917C(1)(b) of the Act.
