DETERMINATION UNDER SECTION 15(1)(b) No. 1 of 2011
 
 
The AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION & CONSUMER COMMISSION (ACCC) makes this determination under section 15(1)(b) of the Telecommunications (Carrier Licence Charges) Act 1997 and determines that the proportion of the ACCC’s costs for the 2010-11 financial year that is attributable to the ACCC’s telecommunications functions and powers is $12,947,022.
