Pursuant to section 194D of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, I, TONY BURKE, Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, determine the following conservation theme be given priority in relation to the assessment period commencing 1 October 2012:
 
 
Corridors and connecting habitats (including freshwater habitats).
