Civil Aviation Order 100.28 Amendment Instrument 2013 (No. 1)
1          Name of instrument
                 This instrument is the Civil Aviation Order 100.28 Amendment Instrument 2013 (No. 1).
2          Commencement
            This instrument commences on the day after registration.
3          Amendment of Civil Aviation Order 100.28 Instrument 2007
                 Schedule 1 of this instrument amends Civil Aviation Order 100.28, which is set out in Schedule 1 of the Civil Aviation Order 100.28 Instrument 2007.

[1]       Paragraph 1.2

       1.2     An applicant for the issue of an authority is taken to meet the requirements of subparagraph 1.1 (a) if the applicant:
(a)   has completed a tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline; and
(b)   is eligible for Graduate Membership of Engineers Australia in the Professional Engineer occupational category.
