1  Name of principle
This principle is the Approved Provider Amendment (Home Care) Principle 2013.
2  Commencement
                   This principle commences on 1 August 2013.
3  Authority
                   This principle is made under the Aged Care Act 1997.
4  Schedule(s)
                   Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Approved Provider Principles 1997
1  Section 6.3 (note at the end)
Repeal the note, substitute:
Note:          A number of expressions used in these Principles are defined in the Act, including the following:
(a)    home care;
(b)    residential care.
 
2  Subsection 6.8(2) (examples at the end)
Repeal the examples, substitute:
 
Examples of other supported environments for paragraph (a)
1.     Retirement villages
