Higher Education Support Act 2003
 
 
Revocation of approval as a VET provider on request by the body under subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
 
In accordance with subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act, on 17 June 2013 Careers Australia College of Healthcare Pty Ltd requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a VET provider.
 
Notice of revocation of approval under subclause 39(3) of Schedule 1A to the Act
 
I, Alison Cleary, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research for the purposes of clause 39 of Schedule 1A to the Act:
 
(a)           hereby revoke the approval of Careers Australia College of Healthcare Pty Ltd as a VET provider, Instrument of Approval No. 33 of 2009 dated 16 July 2009, and registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 21 July 2009, pursuant to subclause 39(1) of Schedule 1A to the Act; and
 
(b)         shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Careers Australia College of Healthcare Pty Ltd as required by paragraph 39(3)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Act.
 
 
 
The revocation shall take effect on 17 July 2013
