I, STEPHEN MICHAEL CONROY, Minster for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, having consulted with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (the ACMA) and in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, give the ACMA the following Notice under subsection 36(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

1.      Name of instrument
This Notice is the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Designation) Notice No. 1 of 1998 Instrument of Revocation No. 1 of 2013.
 
2.      Commencement
This instrument commences on 1 February 2014.
 
3.      Revocation
The Radiocommunications (Spectrum Designation) Notice No. 1 of 1998 is revoked.
 
4.      Cessation
This Notice ceases to have effect as if repealed by another instrument on the day after it commences.
