I, MARK BUTLER, Minister for Mental Health and Ageing, make this Determination under section 52-1 of the Aged Care Act 1997.

1              Name of Determination
        This Determination is the Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy – Transition Care) Determination 2013 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences on 1 July 2013.
3              Revocation
The Aged Care (Amount of Flexible Care Subsidy – Transition Care Services) Determination 2012 (No. 1) made by the Minister on 22 June 2012 also known as F2012L01408, is revoked.
4              Flexible Care Subsidy
 
The amount of flexible care subsidy payable for a day in respect of the kind of flexible care specified in section 15.28 of the Flexible Care Subsidy Principles 1997, known as Transition Care, is $187.30.
