Fair Work Amendment Commencement Proclamation 2013
I, Quentin Bryce AC CVO, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Fair Work Amendment Act 2013, fix 1 July 2013 as the day on which Parts 1, 2 and 3 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
