1              Name of Specification
                     This specification is the Social Security (Administration) (Relocation Assistance) (DEEWR) Specification 2013 (No. 1).
2              Commencement
                     This specification commences on 1 July 2013.
3              Revocation
                     The Social Security (Administration) (Relocation Assistance) (DEEWR) Specification 2010 is revoked.
4              Relocation assistance
            (1)    For paragraph 42S (3B) (b) of the Social Security (Administration) Act 1999, a payment made to a person under:
                                (a) the Connecting People with Jobs trial; or
                                (b) Move 2 Work,
                     both administered by the Department, are specified.
            (2)    However, if a person is paid 2 or more payments under any of the programs listed in subsection (1) in relation to particular employment, only the first such payment is specified.
