I, TANYA PILBERSEK Minister for Health, make this Determination under subsection 35 (1) of the National Health Security Act 2007.

1              Name of Determination
                This Determination is the National Health Security (SSBA Standards) Determination 2013.
2              Commencement
                This Determination commences the day after registration on the Federal
                Register of Legislative Instruments (FRLI).
3              Revocation
                The National Health Security (SSBA Standards) Determination 2011 is revoked.
4              Definitions
                In this Determination:
Act means the National Health Security Act 2007.
SSBA Standards means the Security Sensitive Biological Agent (SSBA) Standards, dated March 2013, published by the Commonwealth.
Note   The Security Sensitive Biological Agent (SSBA) Standards can be found on the Department’s website at http://www.health.gov.au/ssba.
5              Determination
                For subsection 35 (1) of the Act, the SSBA Standards are determined.
