MAKING AN APPLICATION FOR A HUMANITARIAN VISA
CLASSES OF PERSONS AND ADDRESSES
(Paragraph 1402(3)(a))
 
I, BRENDAN O’CONNOR, Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under paragraph 1402(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
 
1.             REVOKE instrument IMMI 12/012 signed on 14 March 2012 specifying classes of persons and addresses for the purposes of paragraph 1402(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations; AND
 
2.             SPECIFY the following classes of persons for the purposes of paragraph 1402(3)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:
 
Class 1
persons whose entry to Australia has been proposed in accordance with approved form 681 and who are present in one of the countries listed in Schedule A to this instrument.
Class 2
persons whose entry to Australia has been proposed in accordance with approved form 681 and who are present in one of the countries referred to in Schedule B to this instrument.
Class 3
Persons whose entry to Australia has been proposed in accordance with approved form 1417 and who are outside Australia.
 
3.       SPECIFY the following post office box address, for a person included in Class 1 and Class 3, for the purposes of subparagraph 1402(3)(a)(i) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:

4.       SPECIFY the following address as the address for delivery by a courier service, for a person included in Class 1 and Class 3, for the purposes of subparagraph 1402(3)(a)(ii) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:
