(Subparagraphs 1214A(3)(a)(i), 1214A(3)(a)(ii) and 1214A(3)(a)(iii))
 
 
 
I, CAROLINE HUMPHREYS, Acting Assistant Secretary, Visa Framework and Family Policy Branch, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Citizenship, acting under subparagraphs 1214A(3)(a)(i), 1214A(3)(a)(ii) and 1214A(3)(a)(iii) of Schedule 1 to the Migration Regulations 1994 (‘the Regulations’):
 
1.         REVOKE Instrument number 13/001 signed on 18 March 2013 specifying the post office box address, the courier address and the facsimile number for the purposes of subparagraphs 1214A(3)(a)(i), 1214A(3)(a)(ii) and 1214A(3)(a)(iii); AND
 
2.         SPECIFY the following post office box address for the purpose of subparagraph 1214A(3)(a)(i):
