Navigation (Consequential Amendments) Commencement Proclamation 2013
I, Quentin Bryce, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 3 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Navigation (Consequential Amendments) Act 2012, fix 21 August 2013 as the day on which Schedule 3 to that Act commences.
