Variation to Licence Area Plan – Wagga Wagga Radio – No.1 of 2013
1. Enabling legislation
The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes this instrument under subsection 26(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.
2. Name of instrument
This instrument is the Variation to Licence Area Plan – Wagga Wagga Radio – No. 1 of 2013.
3. Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

4. Variation
The Licence Area Plan – Wagga Wagga Radio – December 2001 determined by the Australian Broadcasting Authority on 6 December 2001 is varied as follows:
(a) rename the instrument as “Licence Area Plan – Wagga Wagga Radio”;
(b) amend the heading on the title page so that it reads “Licence Area Plan – Wagga Wagga Radio”;
(c) on page one:
(i) amend the heading so that it reads “Licence Area Plan – Wagga Wagga Radio”;
(ii) omit clause (1) and substitute the following clause:
“(1) This plan for radio broadcasting services in the Wagga Wagga area of New South Wales is made under section 26(1) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.”
(iii) amend clause (4) to omit the words “Attachments 3.2 to 3.4” and substitute the words “Attachments 3.2 – 3.5”;
(iv) amend clauses (2), (3), (4), (4A) and (5) to omit the word “Determination” and substitute the word “plan”;
(d) in Schedules Two and Four omit the heading “Licence Area Plan : Wagga Wagga Radio – August 2006” and substitute the heading “Licence Area Plan : Wagga Wagga Radio”;
(e) omit Schedule Three and substitute Schedule Three of this instrument;
(f) in each of Attachments 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 and 2.3 omit the heading “Licence Area Plan : Wagga Wagga Radio – December 2001” and substitute the heading “Licence Area Plan : Wagga Wagga Radio”;
(g) in each of Attachments 3.3, 3.4, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 omit the heading “Licence Area Plan : Wagga Wagga Radio – August 2006” and substitute the heading “Licence Area Plan : Wagga Wagga Radio”;
(h) in each of Attachments 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8, 1.9, 1.10, 1.11, 1.12, 1.13, 1.14, 1.15, 1.16, 1.17, 1.18, 1.19, 2.3, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 under “Site Tolerance :” omit “Refer to Technical Planning Guidelines” and substitute “Refer to Broadcasting Services (Technical Planning) Guidelines 2007”; and
(i) omit Attachments 1.1, 2.1, 3.1 and 4.1 and substitute Attachments 1.1, 2.1, 3.1 and 4.1 of this instrument; and
(j) after Attachment 3.4, insert Attachment 3.5 of this instrument.
