I, Geoff Johannes, delegate of the Chief Executive Officer, under section 271 of the Customs Act 1901 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby amend Customs By-law No. 1304168 written to item 21 in Schedule 4 to the Customs Tariff Act 1995, and published in Tariff Concessions Gazette 2013/07, as set out in the Schedule below:
 
 
THE SCHEDULE
 
 
1.        Paragraph 3 - omit the word “returned”, substitute “imported”.
 
This instrument shall be deemed to have taken effect on and from 1 March 2013.
