Revocation of approval as a higher education provider on request by the body under subsection 22‑40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
 
In accordance with subsection 22-40(1) of the Act, on 24 January 2013, Gordon Institute of TAFE requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a higher education provider.
 
Notice of revocation of approval under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act
 
I, Dr Lyndal Groom, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research
for the purposes of section 22-40 of the Act:
 
(a)           hereby revoke the approval of Gordon Institute of TAFE as a higher education provider, Instrument of Approval No F2006L00721 dated 2 March 2006, and registered on the
Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 9 March 2006, pursuant to subsection
22-40(1) of the Act; and
 
(b)         shall cause of a copy of this notice to be given to Gordon Institute of TAFE as required
           under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act.
 
The revocation shall take effect on 22 March 2013.
