Amendment determination — Pharmaceutical Benefits - Early Supply
 
 
1          Name of Instrument
 
(1)           This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment March 2013 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).
 
(2)           This Instrument may also be cited as No. PB 13 of 2013.
 
2          Commencement
 
This Determination commences on the later of the following:
(a) 1 March 2013;
(b) the day after it is registered.
 
 
3          Amendment of PB 30 of 2009
 
Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Instrument 2009- specification under subsection 84AAA(2), PB 30 of 2009.
