I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 350 (1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 amend the Proclamation made under subsection 7 (2) of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Act 1975 and published in Gazette No. S 61 on 5 April 1979 (as amended by the Proclamations made under subsection 7 (8) of that Act and published in Gazette No. S 552 on 20 December 1985, No. S 126 on 12 June 1987, No. GN 45 on 22 November 1989, No. S 165 on 24 June 1991 and the Proclamation made under subsection 350 (1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 on 23 May 2007) establishing Kakadu National Park by omitting paragraph (b) of Part I of the Schedule to that Proclamation.
