Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001
 
I, Ian Laughlin, delegate of APRA, under paragraph 13(1)(a) of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001 (the Act) and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 REVOKE:
 
(a)           Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 3 of 2009, including Reporting Standard LRS 100.0 Solvency made under that Determination;
 
(b)          Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 5 of 2009, including Reporting Standard LRS 120.0 Management Capital made under that Determination;
 
(c)           Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 6 of 2009, including Reporting Standard LRS 210.0 Derivatives, Commitments and Off-Balance Sheet Items made under that Determination;
 
(d)          Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 7 of 2009, including Reporting Standard LRS 220.0 Large Exposures made under that Determination;
 
(e)           Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 13 of 2009, including Reporting Standard LRS 410.0 Capital Measurement Statistics made under that Determination; and
 
(f)           Financial Sector (Collection of Data) (reporting standard) determination No. 31 of 2007, including Reporting Standard LRS 901 Transitional Arrangements 2008 made under that Determination.
 
 
These revocations take effect on 1 January 2013.
