I, JENNY MACKLIN, Minister for Families, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs and Minister for Disability Reform, make this determination under section 35A of the Social Security Act 1991.[1]

1          Name of determination
This determination is the Social Security (South Australian ‘Individualised Funding’) (FaHCSIA) Determination 2013.
2          Commencement
This determination commences on the day after it is registered.
3          Personal care support scheme
The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as ‘Individualised Funding’ (being the program of that name established by the South Australian Department for Communities and Social Inclusion) is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1991.

[1] This Determination has effect in relation to provisions of the Social Security Act 1991 in so far as they relate to matters for which I have responsibility under the Administrative Arrangements Order.
