I, KIMBERLEY DAVID BESSELL, Assistant Secretary, Pharmaceutical Access Branch, Department of Health and delegate of the Minister for Health, make this Determination under subsection 84HA(1) of the National Health Act 1953 (the Act), and having in accordance with subsection 84HA(2) of the Act obtained the agreement of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.
