SINCE
 
A.                on 13 June 2014 APRA determined by Banking exemption No. 1 of 2014 (the Order) under subsection 11(1) of the Banking Act 1959 (the Act), that subject to conditions, sections 7 and 8 of the Act did not apply to the class of persons described in the attached Schedule for the period specified in the Order; and
B.                 the Order was registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments on 23 June 2014.
 
 
I, Sarah Goodman, a delegate of APRA, under subsection 11(4) of the Act, REVOKE Banking exemption No. 1 of 2014.
 
This order takes effect on the date it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

In this order
APRA means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.
Federal Register of Legislative Instruments means the register established under section 20 of the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.
 
Schedule- the class of persons to whom the revoked order applied
