Revocation of approval as a higher education provider on request by the body under subsection 22‑40(1) of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (the Act)
 
In accordance with subsection 22-40(1) of the Act, on 25 August 2014, Navitas College of Public Safety Pty Ltd (ABN: 96 082 492 206) requested in writing that the Minister revoke its approval as a higher education provider.
 
Notice of revocation of approval under subsection 22-40(3) of the Act
 
I, Tony Mitchener, a delegate of the Minister for Education for the purposes of section 22-40 of the Act:
 
a)      hereby revoke the approval of Navitas College of Public Safety Pty Ltd (formerly Australian Institute of Public Safety) as a higher education provider, Notice of Approval No. T52-2004, made on 12 November 2004, appearing in Gazette No. S 458 on 15 November 2004, pursuant to subsection 22-40(1) of the Act; and
 
b)      shall cause a copy of this notice to be given to Navitas College of Public Safety Pty Ltd as required under subsection 22-40(3)b  of the Act.
 
The revocation shall take effect on 9 October 2014.
