Superannuation (PSS) Membership Inclusion Amendment Declaration 2014 (No. 1)
I, MATHIAS HUBERT PAUL CORMANN, Minister for Finance, make this Declaration under paragraph 6 (1) (j) of the Superannuation Act 1990.

1 Name of Declaration
This Declaration is the Superannuation (PSS) Membership Inclusion Amendment Declaration 2014 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This Declaration commences on the commencement of sections 6 to 112 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.
3 Amendment of Superannuation (PSS) Membership Inclusion Declaration 2006
Schedule 1 amends the Superannuation (PSS) Membership Inclusion Declaration 2006.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(section 4)
[1] Subsection 4 (10)
Omit
“(c) the day immediately before the day on which the Australian Government Solicitor ceases to be a Commonwealth authority within the meaning of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.”
Substitute
“(c) the day immediately before the day on which the Australian Government Solicitor ceases to be a corporate Commonwealth entity within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.”

Omit
“(c) the day on which the Trust ceases to be a Commonwealth authority within the meaning of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.”
Substitute
“(c) the day on which the Trust ceases to be a corporate Commonwealth entity within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.”
[3] Subsection 4(13)
Omit
“(c) the day on which ASPI Ltd ceases to be a Commonwealth company within the meaning of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997.”
Substitute
“(c) the day on which ASPI Ltd ceases to be a Commonwealth company within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.”
[4] Subsection 4 (22)
Omit
“(c) if ARPC ceases to be a Commonwealth authority within the meaning of the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997 – the last day on which ARPC is a Commonwealth authority.”
Substitute
“(c) if ARPC ceases to be a corporate Commonwealth entity within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 – the last day on which ARPC is a corporate Commonwealth entity.”
