1     Name of Rules
These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Levy Administration) Amendment Rules 2014.
2     Commencement
These Rules commence on 20 May 2014
3     Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Levy Administration) Rules 2010
The schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Levy Administration) Rules 2010.
Schedule - Amendments
[1]       Rule 8 National Joint Replacement Register Levy
 
Delete the words “is 21 days after the imposition day.” and replace them with the following:
“is:
(a) for the first imposition day imposed in 2014, 50 days after that imposition day; and
(b) for any imposition day thereafter, 21 days after the imposition day.”.
