I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for Communications, in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, make this instrument of revocation under subsections 151BUAA(1), 151BUAA(1B) and 151CMA(1) of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

This instrument is the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (Accounting Separation—Telstra Corporation Limited) Direction (No. 1) 2003 Instrument of Revocation 2014.
2          Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3          Revocation
The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (Accounting Separation—Telstra Corporation Limited) Direction (No. 1) 2003 is revoked.
4          Expiry
This instrument expires on the day after it commences, as if it had been repealed by another instrument.
