1          Name of determination
This determination is the Social Security (Personal Care Support) (United Kingdom Government Personal Independence Payment) Determination 2013.
2          Commencement
This determination commences on the day after registration.
3          Personal care support scheme
The scheme for the provision of personal care support known as the Personal Independence Payment scheme (established by the United Kingdom Government) is an approved scheme for the purposes of the Social Security Act 1991.
