I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for Communications, make this Notice under subsections 115(1A) and (2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice
 
This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 6 of 2015).
 
2.         Commencement
 
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
3.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010
 
Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.
 
 
 
Schedule 1 – Amendments
 
1                    Clause 9.2 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
9.2       Each match in the men’s and women’s singles quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals of the Wimbledon (the Lawn Tennis Championships) tournament, except for:
a) any match held as part of the 2015 Wimbledon tennis tournament that is a men’s or women’s singles quarter-final, semi-final or final.
 
2                    Clause 9.4 of the Schedule
 
Repeal the clause, substitute:
 
9.4       Each match in each tie of the International Tennis Federation Davis Cup World Group tennis tournament involving an Australian representative team, except for:
            a) any match in each tie of the 2015 International Tennis Federation Davis World Cup Group tennis tournament involving an Australian representative team.
 
3                    Clause 10.1 of the Schedule
 
Repeal the clause, substitute:
 
10.1     Each international netball match involving the senior Australian representative team selected by the All Australian Netball Association, played in Australia or New Zealand, except for:
            a) all matches to be played between 7 August 2015 and 16 August 2015 involving the senior Australian representative team.
 
4                    Clause 10.2 of the Schedule
 
Repeal the clause, substitute:
 
10.2     A semi-final of the Netball World Cup if it involves the senior Australian representative team selected by the All Australian Netball Association.
 
5                    Clause 10.3 of the Schedule
 
Repeal the clause, substitute:
 
10.3     The final of the Netball World Cup if it involves the senior Australian representative team selected by the All Australian Netball Association.
