1 Name
This is the Water Amendment (Interactions with State Laws) Regulation 2015 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
3 Authority
This instrument is made under the Water Act 2007.
4 Schedules
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Add:

Water Sharing Plan for the Peel Valley Regulated, Unregulated, Alluvium and Fractured Rock Water Sources 2010 (New South Wales)
Each of the following water resource plan areas:
(a) Namoi;
(b) Namoi Alluvium;
(c) New England Fractured Rock and Northern Basalts.
