CONGENITAL CATARACT
No. 50 of 2007 - REVOCATION
 
for the purposes of the
 
Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986
and
Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004
 
Title
1.         This Instrument may be cited as Statement of Principles concerning congenital cataract Instrument No. 50 of 2007 – Revocation.
Determination
2.         This Instrument is determined by the Repatriation Medical Authority under subsection 196B(9) of the Veterans’ Entitlements Act 1986 and subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901.
3.         Statement of Principles concerning congenital cataract Instrument No. 50 of 2007 is revoked.
Date of effect
4.         This Instrument takes effect from 1 June 2015.
