I, MALCOLM BLIGH TURNBULL, Minister for Communications, make this Notice under subsection 115(2) of the Broadcasting Services Act 1992.

1.         Name of Notice
 
This Notice is the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010 (Amendment No. 5 of 2015).
 
2.         Commencement
 
This Notice commences on the day it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
 
3.         Amendment of the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010
 
Schedule 1 to this Notice amends the Broadcasting Services (Events) Notice (No. 1) 2010.
 
 
 
Schedule 1 – Amendments
 
1                    Clause 5.2 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
5.2       Each match in the National Rugby League State of Origin Series, except for:
(a)    all matches to be played between 27 May 2015 and 8 July 2015 as part of the 2015 National Rugby League State of Origin Series.
 
 
2                    Clause 5.3 of the Schedule
Repeal the clause, substitute:
5.3       Each international rugby league “test” match involving the senior Australian representative team, played in Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom, except for:
 
(a)    the match to be played on 1 May 2015 in Australia between the senior Australian representative team and the senior New Zealand representative team.
