1                    Name of Variation

This Variation is the National Land Transport Network Variation 2014 (No.1).

2                    Commencement
 
This Variation commences on the day after registration.

3                    Variation
 
 (1)       The National Land Transport Network, as determined under the      AusLink (National Land Transport) Act National Land Transport        Network Determination 2005 (No.1) (the Determination), is varied in          accordance with the amendments to the Determination described in            subclauses (2) to (105).
 
(2)        In section 1 of the Determination, omit “AusLink (National Land Transport) Act National Land Transport Network Determination 2005 (No.1)”, substitute “National Land Transport Network Determination 2014”.
 
(3)        In Schedule 1 to the Determination under the heading ‘A. URBAN’, sub-heading ‘Sydney’, Item Number 1 is replaced with the following item:
