SPECIFIED PLACE TO PROVIDE A PERSONAL IDENTIFIER 2015
(subparagraph 2.04(3)(b)(ii) and subparagraph 2.08AC(4)(a)(ii)(B))
I, JIM WILLIAMS, delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subparagraph 2.04(3)(b)(ii) and sub-subparagraph 2.08AC(4)(a)(ii)(B) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations):
1.             REVOKE Instrument Number IMMI 15/125 (F2015L01504) signed on 21 September 2015; and
2.             SPECIFY in the Schedule to this Instrument, places for:
a.                  subsection 40(5) of the Migration Act 1958 (the Act), for the purposes of subparagraph 2.04(3)(b)(ii) of the Regulations, and
b.                  subsection 46(2C) of the Act for the purposes of subparagraph 2.08AC(4)(a)(ii)(B) of the Regulations.
This Instrument Specified Place to Provide a Personal Identifier 2015, IMMI 15/134, commences on the day after registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
