1. This Act may be cited as the Merchant Shipping Short title.
(Registrar and Surveyor's Fees) Act.
2. The fees specified in the Schedule for the several Docket of fees
duties therein enumerated, shall be and are hereby made estab'ish"d-
payable to the Registrar or Admeasurer of Shipping or person
acting under his authority in Antigua and Barbuda, who
may refuse to proceed to the ~erformance of any such duties
unless the fees payable thereon be first paid.
