AN ACT to amend the provisions of certain Acts of Parliament.
[ 29th June, 2001 ]
1. This Act may be cited as the Law Revision (Miscellaneous) short title.
(Amendments) (No. 2) Act 2001.
2. Section 4 of the Inland Revenue Administration Act is Ammdnlent of the
amended by the repeal of paragraph (c) thereof. Inland Revenue
Administration
Act, Cap. 217.
3. Section 9 of the Representation of the People Act is Amendment of the
amended by the deletion of the words " 1 st day of July" and the Represenfation of
substitution therefor of the words "3rd day of December". the People Act, Cap. 379.
4. Section 5 of the Vehicles and Road Traffic Act is repealed Amendment of the
and the following substituted - Vehicles and Road
Traffic Act, Cap.
460.
"5. The Board established under the Transport Board
Act 1995 shall, in accordance with the provisions of this
Act -
(a) issue licences in respect of vehicles;
(b) keep a register of licensed motor vehicles;

BARBUDA
(c) keep a register of animal drawn vehicles and
pedal bicycles; and
(d) perfom all other duties that may be conferred
or imposed on the Board by this Act or any
other Act and the Regulations made under t h s
Act."
