No. 14 of 2007

AN ACT to repeal The Guarantee of Loans Act

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows:

1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Guarantee of Loans (Repeal) Act, 2007.

2. Repeal

The Guarantee of Loans Act, Cap. 196 is repealed.
