T H E EXTRADITION ACT

Section

1 . Short title.
2 . Power of magistrates and the Governor-General in

relation to extradition of fugitive criminals.

EXTRADITION

(26th June, 1947.)

1. This Act may be cited as the Extradition Act. Short title.

2. All powers vested in and acts authorized or required p;;;;fes and
to be done by a police magistrate or any justice of the peace the Governor-
