DISTRICT MEDICAL OFFICERS FEES ABOLITION

(13th November, 1928.) 14/1928.

1. This Act may be cited as the District Medical Short title.
Officers Fees Abolition Act.

2. It shall not be lawful for any District Medical *bolition fees-
Officer to charge or to be paid any fees whatsoever over and
above the salaries provided for them, in respect of any duties
of a public nature which they may be called upon to perform,
and which before the coming into operation of this Act had
been paid out of public moneys, any law or custom to the
contrary notwithstanding:

Provided that nothing herein contained shall affect the
payment of fees for post-mortem examinations.
