No. 14 of 1998

AN ACT to amend the Cruise Passenger Tax Act, Cap. 122.

[ 1st October, 1998 ]

ENACTED by Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as follows-

1. This Act may be cited as the Cruise Passenger Tax (Amend- Short title.
ment) Act, 1998.

2. Section 3 of the Cruise passenger Tax Act is amended by Amendment of
inserting after subsection (2) the following subsection. section 3 of Cap.

122.

"(4a) The Comptroller shall pay US$1.50 of the tax collected
under subsection (2) to the National Solid Waste
Management Authority established under the National
Solid Waste Management Authority Act, 1995.".
