AN ACT to repeal the Asian Village Resort (Incentives) Act,
1997.

ENACTED by the Parliament of Antigua and Barbuda as
follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the Asian Village Resort Shorttitle.
(Incentives) (Repeal) Act, 2004.

2. The Asian Village Resort (Incentives) Act, 1997 is repealed. Repeal of Act
No. 14 of 1997.
